When will my order ship? How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to increased order volume and the impact of covid-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our current estimate is that your order will ship in the next 4-6 business days. Unless otherwise specified in the product description. Domestic orders will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing. International orders are still not available at this time.
How should I care for my Butterflight product?
Every item is uniquely made. Please see our product details and care tags located on the butterflight garment.
How often do you restock products?
Our products are very limited as each collection will not be regularly restocked. Restocks will occur when inventory runs out and a new collection will be introduced prior to being sold out of the previous drop.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Returns are accepted online on all US orders. To start a return or exchange, visit https://butterflightboutique.com/pages/contact and fill out a return request in the contact form. Please provide your email & order number!
For exchanges, you can try a new color / size for any style when selecting which items you’re sending back!
How long does an exchange or refund take to process?
Our returns team is located on the east coast so please allow for 7-14 business days to get your refund / exchange back to you!
We are committed to the highest quality product. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. All replacements are at the discretion of our team.
My order says it was delivered but I still don't have it!
Check that the shipping address that you input matches your correct location. If you still don’t have it - email us firstname.lastname@example.org. While we are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, we will do our best to help track down the package.
